Radiohead’s new album Rainbow’s in unbeleivable, only listened to it this week and it blew me away, Sasha has played a few of his own remixes of radiohead the last few times ive seen him play.

Saturday February 2nd @ Aztec - The Carling Academy has a wicked linup of Stacey Pullen, Jemmy & Ben Hughes. This will be a corker also on the weekend before is Vitalic & Laurent Garnier playing in Liverpool, great start to the Liverpool capital of culture 08.

A few of us from the shop went to see Sasha at the Warehouse Project in Manchester. Apart from freezing temperatures it was a wicked night with support coming from James Zabiela and a top live set from Martin Buttrich. Sasha follwed on with a storming set which included SuperMayer ‘Two Of Us’ on Kompakt, Kevlar ‘Mongoose’, Pryda ‘Muranyi’ and his own tune ‘Who killed Sparky’.

Really can’t wait for this with Dj Bone, Steve Shields and myself Jemmy @ The Carvern Club which is obviously one of the most famous clubs in the world because of The Beatles.

Our friend Yousef’s night Circus is definately one of the UK’s finest club nights, and their boxing night party line up is rather large! Its at the barfly, seel street, liverpool - and tickets on sale in our shop are flying out. So check this for a line up!

They have just announced the linups for their new club, the first party is with Laurent Garnier & Mike Pickering which should be a winner, then the next week is High contrast, skream, logistics & Kode 9. Followed by Steve Angello & Paul Woolford playing the next week.

Oh my god things must be crazy at Defected towers, How many labels do they have now? Well let me tell you, Not happy with bringing Striclty Rhythm back from the dead, they’ve now re-launched the wonderful Sub-urban & 4th Floor records,  not forgetting Dj spen’s mighty Code Red label And there’s even talk of them bringing back Fluential to release the Techier minimal side of house. Wow! check some of the recent releases.

Well Liverpool’s leading club, Society have beat everyone to the punch & got thier Boxing night tickets well on their way! With a seperate ticket for gender (but apparently Girls can get in with boys tickets, wonder why mm) Pink for girls & blue for boy’s. Also just landed are the Jubilee tickets, also @ Society on New years eve.
