The track features the hot new vocal talents of British singer/songwriter and star-in-the-making, Tanya Lacey. Prior to appearing on “Don’t Look Back”, Tanya’s finest moments have been writing and featuring on Loick Essien’s “How We Roll” and writing “T.H.E” by will.i.am ft Mick Jagger and Jennifer Lopez.
BBC 1 Xtra’s head of new tunes MistaJam gave “Don’t Look Back” its debut play on his show last night. Jam’s verdict? “…the best Matrix & Futurebound record so far” AND “So big it’s a monster” AND “If that’s not a hit I’ll eat my hat – with no seasoning.” In fact he liked it so much that he played it twice.
Don’t just take his word for it….listen to the play on our Soundcloud and see what you think.
“Don’t Look Back” is due for release on July 6th.

New York City quackpots Duck Sauce are back with yet another of their groundbreaking and bonkers music videos for brand new single “NRG”.
This time they’ve concocted a late night informercial skit with Director Dugan O’Neal which features comedian Jon C. Daly promoting fictional fix-all green gloop called “NRG”. As always A-Trak and Armand Van Helden get roped into the goofy action.
Irresistibly hooky, the single samples Melissa Manchester’s 1985 release “Energy”. Remixes come courtesy of Skrillex, Kill The Noise, Milo & Otis and Hudson Mohawk.
The duo’s long awaited album Quack is out June 29.

The track is the third biggest selling single of 2014 so far with 121,000 copies bought in the first week of release. Sigma beat The Vamps and Aloe Blacc to take the top spot.
Cam & Joe popped in to the Official Charts office to pick up their award and gave them the inside info on what’s next for team Sigma:
It couldn’t have happened to a nicer pair of bass heads! After leaving the BBC Radio 1 studios – where they’d been chatting with Jameela Jamil – the guys hooked up with the label and promo team, management, friends, girlfriends and family (big up the Mums and Dads!!) and celebrated into the small hours.
