The track features the hot new vocal talents of British singer/songwriter and star-in-the-making, Tanya Lacey. Prior to appearing on “Don’t Look Back”, Tanya’s finest moments have been writing and featuring on Loick Essien’s “How We Roll” and writing “T.H.E” by will.i.am ft Mick Jagger and Jennifer Lopez.
BBC 1 Xtra’s head of new tunes MistaJam gave “Don’t Look Back” its debut play on his show last night. Jam’s verdict? “…the best Matrix & Futurebound record so far” AND “So big it’s a monster” AND “If that’s not a hit I’ll eat my hat – with no seasoning.” In fact he liked it so much that he played it twice.
Don’t just take his word for it….listen to the play on our Soundcloud and see what you think.
“Don’t Look Back” is due for release on July 6th.

“Alright” the new single from Grammy nominated producer Mark Knight featuring Sway made its debut at the weekend. Danny Howard gave the track a world exclusive first spin on his Dance Anthems show on BBC Radio 1, choosing it as his ‘Future Anthem’. Listen back here.
The lyric video went live at the same time. You can watch it here.
“Alright” was released as an instrumental last year by Knight’s own label Toolroom to good support from radio and club DJ’s. When Knight decided he wanted to take the track to the next level he called on the immense lyrical talents of UK hip-hop hero Sway who willingly obliged, laying his rapid-fire flow and clever word play over the instrumental.
The outstanding remix package features a DnB edit from UK producer Koncept, a house mix from Liverpool rising star Liam Keegan and a trap mix from hot Canadian outfit Damn Kids.
“Alright” is set for release via 3 Beat/Toolroom on June 30th.
